He Said, She Said Still?

Where does it all end?

Gender wars. Will there ever be peace? And could we please get that other 22 percent additional per work hour onto our paychecks already? Oh yeah, right. That’s just for the white chicks. It’s a higher percentage underpaid if you’re Hispanic or African-American. Don’t remember hearing a statistic for Asian or Native American women. I think the designation “women” pretty much guarantees we’re still owed at least a generation or so of back pay.

And, go figure! On top of getting shortchanged in the workplace, women now have the double jeopardy of conservative males being further empowered to disrupt and dominate our lives up to and including being up our asses – healthwise, of course.

Forget things like honor, fair play, do unto others, have a clue, etc. We’ve got armchair jocks legislating their “superiority” in ways that starkly and definitively rate their intelligence at just above Neanderthal level in terms of reasoning power. Go figure they’d find a male political assuager to facilitate their retro agenda into practice in full view of an age of women who will never go there again!

Laws? You’ll need them, guys! So you can feel legally entitled to pull your crap. But it will not bring back the era of male domination you seek. We are women of a time that has transcended our past, and however much physical rape may remain a “he said, she said” fight, your attempts to achieve mental rape on the most empowered class of women on the planet will not succeed.  We’ve been there, done that and nope, we won’t be going back!

Deal with it. And don’t forget, your daughters and granddaughters are watching you, not to mention a generation of young men who understand and, for the most part, honor gender equality better than you do.

Superiority isn’t achieved by holding others back or down, it’s by transcnding and achieving beyond others’ efforts to hold you back. Oh, wait – that’s us!

Sorry, guys. We win again.
